We Are Free!

I appreciate your research and sharing with those who asked and who seek the truth concerning E. G. White and Seventh-day Adventism. It wasn’t until I stumbled across your testimonies and shared with my husband that he began to listen and really dig deep, and his eyes were opened. Thank You!! We are FREE!! There are so many Adventists that for one reason or another have walked away. I have around 1,400 Facebook followers, and most are Adventists who look forward to my posts. I uplift them to Christ as I drop nuggets of truth to build or rebuild family values.

Satanic Doctrine

I have been of the opinion that Adventist theology is one of the most subtle, sophisticated, and pervasive attacks against the kingdom of God (the way God does things) that the Devil has mounted.

I now believe that Adventist theology is blatant, in-your-face satanic doctrine…The issues are not subtle. There is a great divide between Bible truth and Adventist “truth”. The divide, like the Grand Canyon, is obvious. There is no reason to wake up in Hell, the ultimate destination of heresy.

Difference between Inerrant and Infallible

Are infallible and inerrant the same? What is the difference?

—FROM FACEBOOK

Response: Adventism teaches that the Bible is infallible—that it cannot fail in its purpose. It also teaches that it is NOT inerrant. In other words, Adventism believes the words of the Bible may have errors, but those errors don’t stop its purpose from succeeding.

Adventism claims that the Bible writers were inspired exactly the same way Ellen White was inspired: that they received impressions from God but were allowed to interpret and record their own understanding of those impressions. Thus human and societal error could creep into the words. In this way they allow Ellen White to clearly contradict herself and even Scripture, but they explain away her mistakes by saying she “grew” or that “present truth” was revealed to her as time went one.

Adventists thus maintains the same standard for Scripture: it is NOT inerrant. They hold that the Bible also has errors that must be explained away.

Several years ago Richard had some correspondence with an Adventist pastor, and he brought up the Adventist position that the Bible is not inerrant.

“Oh,” this pastor responded, “I do believe the Bible is inerrant. I believe God intended all those mistakes to be in it.”

Scripture is consistent, and the Lord breathed it out as He caused the writers to write. This process was not “automatic writing”, but it was true inspiration. God did not leave His purposes up to the flawed understanding of the writers. He inspired them to write what they wrote, and His word cannot fail.
