Mark of the Beast
I have been getting a lot of information from your FAF (Former Adventist Fellowship) ministries, but could you tell me specifically what the Mark of the Beast is?
—VIA EMAIL
Response: No, I cannot tell you specifically what the mark of the beast will be because Scripture does not tell us. It does seem, however, that it could involve some sort of literal code or mark that will be used for commerce and identity. We don’t know, of course—but the Bible IS clear that true believers will not receive the mark of the beast. Our only protection will be our faith and trust in Jesus’ finished work. Born-again believers will not compromise their loyalty to Jesus to serve an antichrist power. The bottom line is whether or not a person is a true believer in Jesus. Being a born again believer with true faith will be the believer’s protection against the mark of the beast.
Podcast Exposes Chains of Bondage
Thank you for continuing to preach the true and pure gospel of Jesus Christ and His salvation in contrast to the doctrines of demons I grew up bound to. The mental chains are continuing to fall off, and I cannot describe the profound feeling of hope I have knowing there’s a place in the world I can go to help separate truth from error.
Adventist doctrine is unique in its ability to hijack Scripture and wield it to support non-scriptural doctrines. There are so many things I didn’t know I believed until it came up in one of your podcasts, and I’m either shocked or have an aha moment, or sometimes I am simply moved to tears as another chain of bondage falls off and slips silently beneath the grace of Jesus.
I praise God for the profound impact you are having on peoples lives. The entirety of my life as a Seventh-day Adventist I never invited anyone to church because I was embarrassed, or something just didn’t feel right. It is so much different with the gospel.
We found out our masseuse had left the Adventist church but not for Christianity. I was able to forward her the Adventism Has a different Jesus podcast. The next time I saw her she said she had binged half of your entire list of episodes and the amazing sense of closure she felt was indescribable to her. I know the Holy Spirit is working on her heart.
Thank you Colleen and Nikki and all supporting staff; may you be strengthened with might by His Spirit in your inner being, and may the giant of Adventism fall at your feet, beheaded by the sword of truth you handle with care by His strength.

Is the Pope in Daniel 7:25?
Adventists say that Daniel 7:25 refers to the pope who will seek to change times and laws. They say this verse refers to the pope’s changing the seventh-day Sabbath to Sunday. What is the truth about this idea?
—VIA EMAIL
Response: we do not yet know the identity of the one who seeks to change times and laws. John tells us in 1 John 2:18 that there are already antichrists among us, and we know that the antichrist is coming. Antichrists are those who oppose the gospel of our Lord Jesus and actively deceive others or blaspheme Him.
The identity of that final antichrist is not yet known. We cannot say in advance that it will be the pope, nor can we connect Daniel’s prophecy about changing times and laws to worshiping on the first day of the week. The New Testament is clear that there is no holy day in the new covenant. Jesus fulfilled the law! Hebrews 4 explains that now we have a new day, TODAY. There are no holy days. Adventism’s argument about Sunday-worship is a distraction that will likely cause countless Adventists to MISS the real antichrist because they expect his “mark” to be Sunday worship. But a day has nothing at all to do with salvation!
